Information
printFull amortisation:
The lessee has to make an initial payment and has to choose a
contract duration. For the chosen time the lessee has to pay a monthly amount
depending on the duration of the contract. After the payments the total amount
is settled. There`s no residual claim.
Residual Claim:
The lessee has to make an initial payment and has to pay a monthly
amount. The difference compared to the Full amortization is that there is a
residual claim, that has to be paid at the end of the contract period. The
amount of this residual claim is depending on the contract conditions.
